Dr. Kelan recently attended the European Diversity Awards at the Savoy, where she received the Abercrombie & Fitch Diversity Champion of the Year commendation. The award recognizes the outstanding work of senior leaders who have championed equality, diversity and inclusion in Europe.
Dr. Kelan discussed the future of careers with an audience of selected HR professionals in Vienna. Her keynote was followed by a panel discussion featuring Gabriele Heinisch-Hosek, Austrian’s Federal Minister for Women and Civil Service and Sabine Mlnarsky-Bständig, Head of HR at Erste Bank.
